Buyer’s Closing Costs Credit Incentive:
We offer our Buyers Free Buyer Representation, since we get paid from the Seller. In addition, we pay our Buyer’s closing costs up to a maximum limit of $15,000, never to exceed the 20% of the commission that we receive from the seller, as it is reflected in the closing statement. That credit will be reflected in the Buyer’s closing statement as a credit towards the Buyer’s Closing Costs.
Our Selling Listing Fees
When we represent you as a Seller, our Listing Fee is 2% of the Purchase Price of the Property if we sell your property directly without the referral of a Cooperating Broker. If the Buyer comes from a Cooperating Broker, our Listing Fee is 3% to split with the Cooperating Broker.

These terms will be governed by the laws of the state of Florida, and the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim, action or dispute relating in any way to your use of the site will be in the state and federal courts of the state of Florida, with the venue in the county of Orange County, Florida.
