Florida Seller Listing Fees 

At Casablanca Commercial Real Estate (“CCRE”, “Us”, “We”), we believe in being the “The Brokers that Give You More.” We represent Sellers and list for sale Triple Net Lease Properties that are located exclusively in the state of Florida. We offer competitive listing fees as follows:

How it Works

  • 2% Flat Listing Fee: Applies when we procure and sell the property directly to the Buyer without the referral of a cooperating broker.
  • 4% Listing Fee: Applies if the buyer is represented by a cooperating broker, to be split 50%-50% with the cooperating broker.

Our Seller Listing Fees include the following services

  • Marketing Brochure: We prepare a comprehensive marketing brochure for the property including financial analysis, demographics, tenant’s information, aerial drone pictures, among others.
  • Aerial Drone Pictures of the Property: We assume the cost of ordering aerial drone pictures of your property, so it can have the best marketing exposure.
  • Direct Marketing through our Buyer’s Database: We have an extensive database of potential Buyers and qualified investors that we market the property directly to them.
  • Direct Marketing through our network of Broker colleagues: We also market the property directly through our extensive network of broker colleagues, extending the market reach. 
  • Nationwide marketing through the national listing platforms: We also market the property through the national listing platforms, giving the listing the broadest exposure possible.
